Kid Falls From Fifth Floor Into Man’s Arms [Video]

Wow – I reckon this guy could slot into the Proteas’ slip cordon without much hassle.

In China’s Jiangsu Province last Thursday, onlookers watched on in horror as a two-year-old climbed out of a window at an apartment block, and then onto an air-conditioner unit.

According to reports, there was nobody home at the time, so neighbours gathered on the pavement outside,

spreading blankets on an awning in the hope of breaking his fall.

Then Li Dehai stepped up, and showed serious BMT as he caught the boy after he fell.

Well played, sir.

The same cannot be said for the two-year-old’s parents.

RTE reports that the child was taken to hospital, but only sustained minor injuries.

Who did it better – Phillip Blanks,  the former football player and US Marine, who caught the kid who was dropped from a third-floor balcony two weeks ago, or Li Dehai?

Either way, both deserve a Bell’s.
